Return & Refund Policy
1. Damaged or Faulty Items
We take great care in packaging every order to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of:
The damaged item
The packaging (internal and external)
Once verified, we will offer either a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
2. Change of Mind Returns
You have the right to return your item within 14 days of delivery under UK consumer law.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused
The item must be in original packaging
The item must be in resalable condition
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured service, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
3. Fragile Goods Disclaimer
Due to the delicate nature of glassware:
Items that have been used, washed, or handled beyond inspection are not eligible for return
We cannot accept returns for items damaged after delivery
4. Refund Process
Once your return has been received and inspected:
Approved refunds will be processed within 5 working days
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
We reserve the right to deduct a partial amount if returned items show signs of use or are not in their original condition.
5. Non-Returnable Situations
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:
Items reported damaged after 48 hours of delivery
Items that have been used or washed
Items returned without original packaging
Breakages occurring after delivery
Incorrect addresses provided at checkout
6. Delivery Issues
If your order is marked as delivered but cannot be located:
Please contact the courier directly in the first instance
We will assist where possible, but cannot be held responsible for delivery issues once confirmed delivered
